Downloading RichText inline images and attachments to iPhone / iPad Domino App basically works! (NotesBook)
I just finished the basic functionality to download inline images and file attachments from Lotus Notes or iNotes Notebook entries to NotesBook on iPhone or iPad.
On the tap of a button I can download the files and images in the background, then the notebook entry on the iPhone or iPad is modified to use the local files or images. Here is an entry with an embedded image: And here is an inline file attachment, I can click on the link to open the PDF: I have to polish the functionality and add some management (like, remove the local files when the notebook entry was removed), but in general, it works! With that I show that our product to develop mobile Domino Apps, Domino To Go, is able to deal with embedded images and file attachments, too. And everything works when the device is offline. Cool, eh? |
