I wrote about my solution to use a HTML5 multi file upload control in XPages.

Niklas Heidloff motivated me to join the current Development Contest on OpenNTF, so I just wrapped the control in a nice package and released it!

P.S. I released the control under GPL, not Apache license. I tried the Apache license with my xCharting control. And while it's a good feeling to give something back to the community for all the things I learned from the community, I'm a little bit dissapointed that out of over 1.000 users that downloaded the component, not one single user clicked the flattr button to honor my efforts.
So in a nutshell, I gave a very useful control away for free for everyone, even for every commercial purpose, and gain nothing in return. For that reason, this control is released under GPL so that anyone who wants to use the control in a closed source, commercial environment needs to talk to me.
