Wer möchte ein deutsches Buch über XPages schreiben?

Ein Verlag ist an mich herangetreten mit der Idee, ein deutschsprachiges Buch über XPages zu schreiben. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut und ich hätte große Lust, so ein Buch zu schreiben.
Aber ich muss feststellen, dass neben meiner normalen Arbeit bei YouAtNotes, der Fertigstellung von Domino To Go und meiner Autorentätigkeit für THE VIEW nicht die Möglichkeit besteht, auch noch ein Buch zu schreiben. Nun hat der Verlag mich gefragt ob ich jemanden wüßte, der Lust und Zeit auf so ein Projekt hat. Also, fühlt sich jemand berufen? Wenn ja, dann bitte Mail an mich :-)

1) Wer möchte ein deutsches Buch über XPages schreiben?
Grundsätzlich ist die Idee für ein deutsches Buch zu XPages nicht schlecht. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, daß demnächst ein drittes Buch in englischer Sprache zum Thema erscheint, kommt der Verlag mit seiner Frage ein wenig ( sehr ) zu spät. Was soll ein deutsches Buch NEUES bringen oder anders machen, als die Bücher, die bereits verfügbar sind. Hier sollte man gegebenenfalls darüber seitens des deutschen verlages über eine Zusammenarbeit mit IBM nachdenken und eine deutsche Übersetzung anbieten. Dann könnte ich mir vorstellen, etwas beizutragen. Wenn der Text in deutsch ist, dann erwartet der Kunde sicherlich auch deutsche screenshots. 2) Wer möchte ein deutsches Buch über XPages schreiben?
Hello, Please excuse my lack of German, but I am told this thread is about the possible need for XPages books in the German language. @Martin: This is, what I wrote in my comment. I will have a phone call with the editor today where we will talk about this. Translating the existing books would imho be better than writing a new book. I will keep you informed ... 4) Wer möchte ein deutsches Buch über XPages schreiben?
Talked to the editor. From their experience the cost for a translation is far more higher than to write a book from scratch. So, they will continue to look for author(s). Even writing parts of a book or doing technical and conceptual reviews could be an option, if someone is interested. I also see a need for a book on XPages in the German language. I'm fine with english books, so don't get me wrong. But I talked to some attendees at EntwicklerCamp and all of them told me, that they prefer a book in German language over the english version. 5) Wer möchte ein deutsches Buch über XPages schreiben?
